8 Trouble Shooting
Symptom

No digital communication
- Check electrical connections (3 wires from transmitter to
communication equipment)
- Transmitter and communication equipment baud rate
not matched.

Incorrect or unstable pressure
value
- Transducer not zeroed.
- Contaminated sensor.
- Corroded sensor.
- Transmitter exposed or heating or cooling air stream.
Incorrect pressure value at low
pressure.
- Transducer not zeroed.
- Contaminated sensor.
- Corroded sensor.
- Transmitter exposed to heat or cooling air stream.
Incorrect pressure value at high
pressure.
- Transducer not zeroed.
- Contaminated sensor.
- Corroded sensor.
- Transmitter exposed to heat or cooling air stream.
Zero pushbutton does not work
- Pressure higher than 20% of full-scale measurement
range.
- Electronics fault.
- Zero pushbutton is damaged (user induced).
No analog output
- Power supply turned off.
- Check electrical connections.
