For D30A pump models,
use
an
allen wrench
to
loosen the
setscrews
that
secure
the fan
to
the shaft.
Remove
the fan.

D60A
and
D90A pump models, loosen the screw that
secures
the
fan
to
the shaft.
Remove
the fan; then
use
diagonal cutting pliers
to
remove the key
from the shaft.
NOTE: For
use
during reassembly, the fan must
be
positioned
on
the shaft
so
that
it
does
not
contact the fan end-plate or the fan cover.
