5. How to Disassemble the Nozzle Roller (Floor Nozzle _ Slim)
(1) Press the Push button. (2) Lower the side decor
while holding the button.
(3) Remove the nozzle
roller to the left.
(4) Remove the screw
inside the roller hole.
(5) When you remove the
screw, the roller and the
injection moulding parts
are disassembled.
(6) Reassemble following
the reverse order of
disassembly.
6. How to Disassemble the Nozzle Motor (Floor Nozzle)
(1) Disassemble the nozzle
roller. (For a detailed
disassembly method, refer
to How to Disassemble
the Nozzle Roller.)
(2) Remove the center
screw 1EA.
(3) Disassemble the button
as shown in the
photograph.
(4) Remove the screw from
the button part.
(5) Disassemble the side
decor as shown in the
photograph.
(6) Disassemble the plate
and bottom as shown in
the photograph.
(7) Remove the screws
2EA.
(8) Disassemble the base
nozzle as shown in the
photograph.
(9) Remove the screw EA.
(10) Lift the cover decor
and disassemble the
motor assembly.
(11) Remove the motor
harness connector and
replace the motor.
(12) Disassemble the cover
and wire as shown in
the photograph.
