Cleaning function operation and error modes
Failure Cause of failure How to check Measures
No power supply
The Main PCB is faulty. Check if the DC voltage at both ends of the Main PCB C118 is 5V. Replace the Main PCB.
Main PCB Wire disconnection Using a tester, check if the power cord is disconnected. Replace the power cord.
The Display PCB is faulty.
Check if the DC voltage between No. 1 pin and No. 6 pin of the
Display No. CN39 Connector is 5V.
Replace the Display PCB.
Display PCB Wire disconnection
Check for disconnection using a tester (Main CN30 and Display CN39
connection line)
Replace the Top Cover Assembly or replace
the Harness.
Connector fastened incorrectly
Check the fastening and assembly status of the Main PCBA
Connector (CN22, CN30).
Reassemble or replace the Connector.
The suction motor
operation is faulty.
The Motor unit is faulty. Using a tester, check if the motor coil is disconnected. Replace the Chamber Assembly.
Motor Wire disconnection
Using a tester, check if it is disconnected (CN24, CN25- suction motor
connection line).
Replace the Motor Wire.
Connector fastened incorrectly Check the connector fastening and assembly status (CN24, CN25). Reassemble or replace the Connector.
The Main PCB is faulty.
Using a tester, check if the Triac (U23, U22) and/or the resistance
(R159, R158) are damaged.
Check the voltage of the PCB Motor output terminal (CN27) when the
suction operation is carried out with CN27 housings connected.
Replace the Main PCB.
A9S mount holder
operation failure
The sealing motor is faulty (Synchronous
motor).
Using a tester, check if the Motor coil is disconnected. Replace the Duct Assembly.
The nozzle opening and closing hole motor
is faulty (Synchronous motor).
The dust canister cover hook release unit
motor is faulty (DC motor).
Motor Wire disconnection Using a tester, check if it is disconnected. Replace the Duct Assembly or the Harness.
Motor terminal fastened incorrectly Check the terminal fastening and assembly status. Reassemble or replace the Terminal.
