Safety precautions and checkpoints for repairs
1. When checking, disassembling or repairing the product, be sure to remove the battery
from the product body, and unplug the power cord from the power point.
2. When carrying out the current carrying test across the circuit diagram, do not bring a
pin or a coin into contact with any live part.
3. Be sure to use only an LG designated part for any replacement made during repairs.
4. Use appropriate tools when making repairs.
5. Be sure to check the power cord for any damage, etc., before and after any repairs. If
the sheath of the power cord is peeled back or the power cord is disconnected,
reconnect it firmly and wrap it using insulation tape.
6. Be sure to carry out an insulation test on the motor. (Insulation test is ‘OK’ if the
insulation between the power terminals of the impeller cover on the motor is 5 MΩ or
higher)
