How to disassemble, assemble and repair main parts
Precautions for disassembly
1) Each part is assembled mostly by screwing or inserting.
Disassemble each part in order by referring to the exploded view.
2) Do not disassemble parts other than key parts. You do not need to disassemble any
further than those parts illustrated in the exploded view.
How to disassemble key parts
1. How to replace the Display PCB
(1) Open the Top
Cover.
(2) Loosen the 2
screws shown
inside.
(3) Remove the PCB
cover and take
out the Display
PCB.
(4) Remove the
connector and
replace the
Display PCB.
(5) Reassemble
following the
reverse order of
disassembly.
2. How to replace the Main PCB
(1) Loosen the 4
screws shown at
the bottom of the
product.
(2) Remove all Main
PCB connectors.
(3) Loosen 2 screws
and replace the
Main PCB.
4) Reassemble
following the
reverse order of
disassembly.
※ As the end of the heat sink is sharp, be sure to carry out the
operation whilst wearing gloves.
3. How to replace the Top Cover
(1) Open the Top
Cover.
(2) Remove the 2
rubber packings
from the top.
(3) Loosen the 4
screws.
(4) Remove the Top
Cover.
(5) Remove the 2
connectors and
replace the Top
Cover.
(6) Reassemble
following the
reverse order of
disassembly.
1) Push the Charging
Harness into the
bottom right side
and assemble it.
(2) I nsert the Communication
Harness into the Body
Cover Slot and assemble it.
If it is assembled without
being inserted correctly into
the relevant part, Harness
jamming will occur.
4. How to replace the crevice tool, combination tool and bedding nozzle holder
(1) Loosen the screw
on the left and
replace the
bedding nozzle
holder.
(2) Loosen the 2 screws
on the right and
replace the crevice
tool and combination
tool holder.
