How to disassemble, reassemble and repair main parts
5. How to replace the Duct Assembly
(1) Open the Top
Cover.
(2) Remove the 2
rubber packings
from the top.
(3) Loosen the 4
screws.
(4) Remove the Top
Cover.
(5) Remove the 2
connectors and
remove the Top
Cover.
(6) Remove the
cover at the back
by pulling it up.
(7) Remove the top
hinge bracket at
the back by
pulling it up.
(8) Remove the left
and right doors by
pulling them up.
(9) Loosen the 8
screws at the
back.
(10) Remove the
rear case.
(11) Loosen the 4
screws shown at
the bottom of
the product.
(12) Remove all Main
PCB connectors.
(13) Loosen the 2
screws and
remove the Main
PCB.
(14) Remove the
harness at the
back from the
hole.
(15) Loosen the 2
screws fixing the
Duct Assembly
and replace the
Duct Assembly.
(16) Reassemble
following the
reverse order of
disassembly.
※ Carry out the reassembly operation whilst paying attention to the following points.
When reassembling the
Duct Assembly, check
that it is assembled in
relation to the regular
position of the Gasket.
※ Insert the hinge bracket so that its top side comes into contact with the hinge.
- The top side is stamped “UP”.
