Replace MAIN board.
3-3-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Check voltage 12 V of IC700, IC701 at pin1 ~ 2, if 12 V has problem refer to STEP 1-1.
2) If 12 V is OK, replace MAIN board.
