Plug the range extender into a power outlet and connect your computer to its Ethernet port.
Launch a web browser, enter the default IP address (192.168.1.1), and log in.
Use File Explorer to locate the extender on the network and access its device webpage.
Utilize the Charms bar search to find the Network app and access the extender's properties.
Open Windows Explorer, navigate to Network, and access the extender's device webpage.
Access 'My Network Places' from the Start menu to find and connect to the extender.
Use Safari's Bookmarks menu, specifically Bonjour, to locate and access the extender.
