A Linksys range extender is a device which allows you to repeat the wireless signal of any access
point or router in order to provide Internet connectivity to hard-to-reach areas through a wireless
connection.
This article will guide you on how to access your range extender’s web-based setup page. Click on
the following links that best apply to your current network setup:
For a non-configured extender
For an already configured extender

You will need to plug a computer to the extender’s Ethernet port.
Follow these steps to access the web-based setup page for the following scenarios:
 You just got the extender and it is not yet configured.
 You have reset the extender and prefer to set it up manually.
 Your extender is configured but it’s not connecting to your wireless router and you would like
to review the existing settings to edit if necessary.
Step 1:
Plug your Linksys range extender to the power outlet. Wait for the LEDs on it to be stable.
Step 2:
Connect your computer to the Ethernet port of your Linksys range extender using an Ethernet cable.
