What to do if callers can't hear me on Linksys IP Phone speakerphone?
If callers can't hear you when you use the speakerphone, ensure that nothing is blocking the microphone, located on the left side of the telephone under the handset cradle. Also, move closer to the microphone and face it when speaking.
Why does the caller's voice echo on my Linksys SPA-941?
If you experience an echo during calls, decrease the speaker volume by pressing the Volume key once, then use the Scroll key to adjust the volume as needed.
