If necessary, engage the sprayers until liquid is discharged even-
ly from the nozzles.
Switch off the LIPCO GSG-NV and again fill the tank to the se-
lected marking on the filling mandrel.
Conduct a spray text for at least 2 min.
Determine the volume of liquid used by refilling to the marking
and then compare with the calculated total discharge. (For
smaller amounts or to increase the accuracy of the measure-
ment, it may be necessary to spray for a longer duration.)
In case of deviations, correct the spray pressure and repeat the
procedure. Higher pressure results in a greater discharge of liq-
uid and vice versa.
Record the results in writing.
