Touchscreen
NOTE: The touchscreen may be mounted externally. When mounting in an area that is not free of moisture
or the elements, a 1/8" bead of sealant should be place around the touch pad.
1. Determine where to mount the touchscreen. The touch screen should be mounted on the side trailer
so the operator will have a clear view of the hitch pin wile using the touch pad.
2. Drill a 3" diameter penetration in the location selected for mounting the touchscreen (Fig. 10).
3. Place the baseplate in the hole and feed the touchscreen-to-controller harness through the baseplate
(Fig. 11).
NOTE: Be sure that the baseplate is oriented properly before securing to the wall. Look for the word TOP
embossed on the inside of the baseplate (Fig. 11)
4. Secure the baseplate to the wall using four #8 x 1" wood screws (Fig. 12A).
