LED Light Harness
1. Route the main trunk of the LED light harness down the same side of the frame that the pump is
mounted closest to.
2. Route each branch line of the LED light harness to each jack assembly and plug into the LED pigtail
harness at each jack.
3. Attach the ring tongue of the LED light harness black ground wire to the grounding lug of the Dual
Polarity Solenoid. See Wiring Diagram.
4. Connect the orange wire of the LED light harness to the orange with black strip wire of the pump
harness plugged into the 16-pin pump harness receptacle on the controller.
5. Secure the harness to the frame using the preferred OEM method.
System Wiring Requirements
NOTE: Ground wires are OEM supplied.
1. Connect an OEM supplied ground wire from the ground post on the dual polarity solenoid, to the
negative post on the unit's battery. See Wiring Diagram.
2. Connect a power wire to the center post of the dual polarity solenoid. Mount a 50-100 amp circuit
protection per RVIA standards to the back wall of the front compartment. Connect the power wire
from the dual polarity solenoid to the AUX end of the 50-100 amp circuit protection. Connect another
power wire to the BAT- side of the 80-100 amp circuit protection and run that to the battery or buss-
breaker battery hookup. The fuse must be located within 18" of the circuit protection. See Wiring
Diagram.
NOTE: Shore power (plugged in) does not operate the system as shore power is alternating current (AC).
The unit must be connected to a 12V DC battery, the correct source of direct current (DC) for the
hydraulic power unit.
