If you are using models which support double-
layer DVD recording, please be reminded that one
recording session in double-layer discs cannot
exceed 8 hours. Once the session has lated for over
8 hours, this DVD recorder will automatically stop
recording.
Introducing Timer Record
Menu
Press TIMER to display the Timer Record menu.
If your model supports the VCR Plus+
®
system,
you can presson a highlighted program to switch
between the ‘Date/Time Setting’ mode and the
‘VCR Plus+ Setting’ mode.

Indicates the function of canceling designated
program setting. Press to clear settings.
7. Indicates the TV channel(s) from which you
would like to record program(s).
8. Indicates the assigned recording frequency.
9.
Indicates the assigned date of your desired
program(s).
10. Indicates the assigned time slot of your desired
program(s).
11.
Indicates the status of preset timer program(s).
: Timer Program successfully activated.
: Timer Program not successfully activated.
12. Indicates the ‘Next Page’ function. Press to
switch to the next page.
13. Indicates the ‘Exit’ function. Press to exit the
Timer Record menu.
Note
• The timer program list is automatically sorted
by system according to the start time of each
program, regardless of its recording mode or
recording frequency.
For example, regardless of the order you enter
the timer settings, the system will automatically
list preset programs in the following sequence
according to the start time of each program.

maximum of 16 programs for timer recording,
which will be displayed on two separate pages. If
the number of preset programs is less than eight,
only one page will be displayed, and the ‘Next
Page’ button will not be shown.
