Pressto select desired day(s), then press
ENTER to confi rm your selection. When
completed, select ‘‘OK’, then press ENTER.
Note
• You can select more than one day for the weekly
mode. For example, if your desired programs are
broadcast every Thursdays and Fridays, you can
assign the timer setting only once by selecting
both Thursday and Friday.
• If you select ‘Daily’ or ‘Weekly’ for timer
recording, it is suggested that you use further
commands for more effective application.
Press to select ‘Advanced’, then press
ENTER. Choose whether or not to designate a
period of time to your Timer Programs by select-
ing ‘Without restriction’ or ‘With restriction’.
In ‘Daily’ mode:

The preset program will be
recorded every day during the
designated period of time.
Without

The preset program will be
recorded every day continuously.
In ‘Weekly’ mode:

Press to select ‘Start’ (Start Time), then
press ENTER.
Press the number buttons (0-9) or press
to enter the start time.

Press to select ‘End’ (End Time),
then press ENTER.
Press the number buttons (0-9) or press
to enter the end time.

Press to select ‘OK’, then press ENTER
to save the setting and return to the Timer
Record menu.
Press to select ‘Cancel’, then press
ENTER, if you would like to discard current
setting.

Press to select another item on the list,
then press ENTER, if you would like to set up
more Timer Programs.
If not, select ‘Exit’, then press ENTER. Or
press TIMER to exit the Timer Record menu.

Switch off the DVD recorder to activate the
timer recording function.
To stop a timer-recording session:
Press STOP to cease the timer recording. Please
note that it may take a few seconds before the
program is completely brought to an end.
To check the recording status while ‘Timer
Record’ is active:
Press DISPLAY to bring up the Timer Record
information on screen.
Note
• You need to switch off the DVD recorder to
activate the Timer Record function.
• If one or more than one of your settings are
invalid, the ‘OK’ button will be disabled. If you
cannot select ‘OK’, press to modify
your settings.
