When the heartrate is not received during the test, the indicator [12] will show [no Hr], As
soon soon as the heart-rate is received, it will be displayed again. During the test the display
[7] will alternately indicate the values:
· Time
· Minimum heart rate: L (Low pulse)
· Time
· Maximum heart rate: H (High pulse)
After finishing the program, the display will show the amount of performed kilo calories.
The 9 programmed heartrate protocols can be changed anytime.
A quick start of a protocol is made as described underneath:
· Choose type of training with one of the buttons [1]. The display will show program
with a number.
· With + and – [8] it is possible to go to a next program number.
To go to another step in a program push the orange heartrate controlled program-button.
Confirm with Enter [3]. After entering start speed and weight, push Enter again. The belt
will start running.
Within a protocol, you can easily go the the next or previous step:
