b. Disassembly/assembly
Valve-adjusting bolt (2)
Assembly:
Check if contact
surfaces of the bolt and
vale are worn before
assembly.
Valve lock nut (2)
Assembly:
Check if both ends are worn and
the tappet body is straight firstly,
then across cylinder head and
assemble it into the tappet hole in
crankshaft tank in place.
Tappet combination
Assembly:
Don’t confuse these valves.
Be careful during installation and
don’t damage the valve stem.
Inlet valve
Assembly:
Confirm if the conical part is defected
or there is excessive carbon deposition
prior to installation.
Exhaust valve
Crankcase
Oil drip pan
Valve spring (2)
Valve lock clamp (2)
Valve-spring seat
Valve rocker arm (2)
Assembly:
Check if contact surfaces of
central hole and valve
tapper are worn before
assembly.
