4-5-2 Silencer
Disassembly/assembly
Assembly:
Use wire brush to remove the carbon
deposition and then conduct assembly.
Assembly:
Tap the silencer with plastic hammer to
remove the carbon deposition inside and then
conduct assembly.
REASSEMBLY:
After reassembly, check the
operation of the float.
REASSEMBLY:
Make sure the passages are
not clogged.
Check for fuel leakage after
installation.
REASSEMBLY:
Wash to remove sediment and
dry thoroughly before
installation.

Sealing gasket of exhaust port
Nut M8 (2)
Torque: (27 ~ 30) N•m
Tapping
