Position settings
There are up to four fixed position memories (A, B, C and D) which can be individually
programmed.
By selecting one of the positions the searchlight should be moved to desired position with
wheel and joystick. Also adjust light angle and dim level that is optimal for the new position.
Confirm new position with "OK" or exit the menu with "Back".
The new position can be added as a shortcut on the "homescreen" and be accessible with a
single button press, see 7.4.1.1 Change the function shortcuts on the homescreen.
Previously stored position is always overwritten by the new.
Store origin
After installing the SL1 searchlight you need to calibrate the systems horizontal axis.
From factory we use the searchlight internal sensor as zero reference but after the
searchlight has been handled and bolted this reference need to be adjusted, we call this to
“Set the origin”.
This menu is used to calibrate the systems “ZERO” point for horizontal axis and thereby
synchronize between searchlight and panel indicator.
To store new press “OK” then follow the info on the display saying that the searchlight should
be moved to correct “zero” point with wheel and joystick.
The zero position of the lamp should be adjusted to be in level with horizontal plane and in
direction straight forward of the vessel (normally).
Confirm new origin with "OK" or exit the menu with "Back".
