3.2 Hardware variants
FlarmBat can be configured in many variants:
• With primary PowerFlarm module (standard)
• With secondary PowerFlarm module (2 antennas, optional)
• With ADS-B receiver (optional)
3.2.1 PowerFlarm module
All FlarmBats have as a standard built in one PowerFlarm receiver, which can receive data
from other PowerFlarm/Flarm equipped aircrafts.
3.2.2 Secondary PowerFlarm module
Is optional and is designed for second antenna, to be installed in the bottom of the aircraft.
With second antenna, user gets much wider angle of view, not just horizontally, but also
vertically.
