GUIDE RAILS
The condition of quide rails have a great effect on steering of
snowmobile. Check regulary the condition of quide rails and change
those, if
· the quide rail has been worn over half of its diameter.
· some pieces of metal has been got loose of the quide rail
Changing a new quide rail:
· Turn the snowmobile on the side. Remove both fastening nuts
and push the back of the quide rail down (out from the hole)
and take off the quide rail.
· Install the new quide rail first on the front side, then fastening
nuts and the back side. Tighten the nuts.
