All operators of the snowmobile should familiarize themselves with
the function of the emergency engine stop switch by using it several
times on first outing and whenever stopping the engine thereafter.
This engine stopping procedure will become a reflex and will prepare
operators for emerge ncy situations requiring its use.
WARNING
If the switch has been used in an emerge ncy caused by a
suspected malfunction, the source of the malfunctio n should
be determined and corrected b efo re re startin g en gin e. See an
authorized Lynx dealer for servicing.
