For features of WMDC or ActiveSync, please visit Microsoft homepage for more details.
If ActiveSync does not work please check followings.
 Check USB cable is connected to cradle and PC properly.
 Check PDA and its LCD are turned on
 Check if [Allow USB connection with this desktop computer] is checked
from ActiveSync program menu


After checking all those above, try ActiveSync again or try Soft/Hard reset and
ActiveSync.
