The device is equipped with a digital dose
time adjustment.
Pressing the dose selection button
in the operation menu allows you to choose
between single, double, triple or continuous
dose. To change the time of the programmed
doses make sure that the “PADLOCK” symbol
is in the open position
.
If it is not, press the dose selection button
for 3 seconds; adjust the dose using
the “
” or “ ” buttons.

seconds and return the “PADLOCK'” to the
closed position
to prevent any change
in the time settings.
Please note that each time you adjust the
grinding, you must check that the quantity of
ground co󰀨ee has remained as desired.

It is also recommended to grind
and use a few grams of coffee
every time the granulometry is
altered. This procedure is useful
to eliminate the small amount of
pre-ground co󰀨ee present in the
appliance. If the machine dispens-
es co󰀨ee slowly, the ground co󰀨ee
is too ne, while if it is too fast, the
ground co󰀨ee is too coarse. Many
factors may inuence the dispens-
ing of co󰀨ee, including the quality
of the co󰀨ee, pressing, the adjust-
ment of the espresso machine, the
cleaning of the lters and climatic
conditions.
5.4 Fork adjustment
All models are supplied with a fork height ad-
justment device. To change the height, loosen
the screws by half a turn 1 - g._5.5) and move
the fork (2) to the desired position. The correct
height of the fork (g._5.6) is obtained when
the prole of the lter holder ts perfectly in
the groove of the support pin.(3 - g._5.5).
Fasten the screws to guarantee a secure grip
to the lter holder.
