24. The instructions must specify that access to the service area, which
requires use of a tool, is reserved to persons who have knowledge
and practical experience of the appliance, in particular with regard
to safety and hygiene (also see point 19).
25. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and over and
by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or
instructed on using the appliance safely and they understand the
potential risks involved.
