LCD test failed • LCD is defective. • Contact your service depart-
ment.
LED flashes, digit code is
shown
• Run-time error. • Make a note of the code and
contact your service depart-
ment.
No printer connected • Printer is not connected to
the device.
• Connect printer to the device.
• Printer is turned off. • Switch on printer.
No probe • Probe not connected to
device
• Connect probe to device
Out of labels • No labels in printer. • Refill labels.
