Starting the engine
Make sure that the transmission is shifted to the “Neutral” posi-
tion.
X Turn the ignition key to the II position.
3 The suction air preheater is activated.
The engine is equipped with an electrical intake air pre-
heater. Depending on the engine and outside temperature,
the engine will preheat the intake air (combustion air).
X Turn the ignition key to the II position.
3 The engine starts.
X Release the ignition key.
