Display Possible cause Repair suggestion
“Oil pressure” LED lights up red Oil pressure too low
(engine or transmission)
Check MT for exterior loss of oil;
have qualified technicians rectify cause
for oil loss if necessary.
Check oil level and refill if necessary.
“Air pressure” LED lights up red Air pressure in reserve tank
<5.2bar
Allow engine to run until air pressure in
reserve tank is > 5.2 bar.
Check system for leaks; have qualified
technicians rectify cause for pressure
loss if necessary.
“On-board voltage indicator”
LED lights up red
Charging voltage too low Charge the battery.
“Engine coolant temperature”
LED lights up red
Liquid level too low Check system for leaks; have qualified
technicians rectify cause for liquid loss if
necessary.
Check liquid level and refill if necessary.
Overheating due to working
under heavy load
Switch transmission to “NEUTRAL”.
Run the engine at idle speed until it
drops back to normal temperatures.
Insufficient air flow rate through
the radiator
Clean radiator fins, see maintenance
manual.
Fan malfunctions Have qualified technicians rectify cause.
“Transmission oil temperature”
LED lights up red
Oil level too low Check transmission for exterior loss of
oil; have qualified technicians rectify
cause for oil loss if necessary.
Check oil level and refill if necessary.
Overheating due to working
under heavy load
Switch transmission to “NEUTRAL”.
Run the engine at about
1200–1500 rpm. The temperature
should drop to normal values within
2 to 3 minutes.
Insufficient air flow rate through
the radiator
Clean radiator fins,
see maintenance manual.
“Transmission” warning indicator lights up Transmission fault Have customer service rectify cause.
“Intake air filter” warning indicator lights up Intake air filter is blocked Replace air filter, see maintenance
manual.
“Hydraulic oil filter” warning indicator
lights up
Hydraulic oil filter is blocked Replace hydraulic oil filter,
see maintenance manual.
“Parking brake” function indicator lights up
red even though the parking brake is
disengaged.
Air pressure in reserve tank
<5.2bar
Check system for leaks.
Allow engine to run until air pressure in
reserve tank is > 5.2 bar.
Check whether swivel seat is in correct
position and locked in place.
Have qualified technicians rectify cause.
