The ships can be loaded and unloaded quickly and easily with
the help of the trestle. The semi-trailers saddled on the trestle
are securely anchored in the ship during the voyage.
The trestle serves as a support for the semi-trailer. The semi-
trailer is mechanically connected to the saddle plate of the
trestle by the kingpin. With a lowered fifth wheel coupling, the
MT drives under the trestle with the saddled-on semi-trailer.

The semi-trailer remains with the trestle in the ship and is
securely anchored to the ship's floor by the twist locks of the
trestle.

The connections of the multiple plug of the trestle are located
in the pneumatics compartment of the MT.
