Emergency release of the parking brake
In case the pressure fails, the parking brake can be
disengaged by the emergency release unit.
DANGER!
Danger of injury!
An unbraked MT tractor can roll away and run over per-
sons.
X Secure the MT against rolling away before you
release the parking brake with the emergency
release unit.
X Before restarting the MT, the parking brake needs to
be adjusted. Refer to the assembly and setting regu-
lations of the brake manufacturer.

X Secure the MT against rolling away.
X Loosen the screw cap and unscrew the screw cap.
X Loosen the locknut (spanner width 24 or 30).
X Turn the adjusting screw with a pin spanner (spanner width
8 or 10) counter-clockwise until the brake disk is free.
For emergency release, a torque of at least 40 Nm or
70 Nm is necessary at the adjusting screw.
