11. How do I open a Technical Support Ticket?
To open a “Technical Support” Ticket, you must log in to the MMS Helpdesk (mms.
magicmotorsport.com), access the Ticket section> Create New> Technical Support.
In this type of Ticket, after viewing the initial description of the Ticket, a screen will
appear where you will need to ll in the various elds in order to proceed to open the
Ticket:
1. Title: specify the details of the vehicle, ECU or TCU to be programmed and briey
describe the reason for the request.
2. Attachment: add the compressed .log les (.rar or .zip) and, if possible, all the les
related to the problem (read les, write les, photos, etc.).
3. Description: include a detailed description of the reason for the request, indicating
the work processes carried out before the ticket was opened.
All this information is necessary in order to solve problems more eciently, the more
information is provided to the Technical Sta, the faster a solution will be reached.
12. Where are the FLEX.log les located?
The .log les are les that monitor all the activities of the tool and are useful for the
correct resolution of problems encountered while using the tools.
The .log les are present inside the PC on which FLEX is installed in the Local Disk
address C: / Flex folder / Defprole folder / History folder.
To be able to correctly submit the .log les to Tech Support, it will be necessary to
create a compressed archive of the History folder with an appropriate software (e.g.
Winrar or Zip) so that all .logs can be provided for a quick resolution of the problem.
