8.5.2 Extended Command 0x0306 - Read Terminal Configuration
Like all extended commands, the host initiates this command by calling Command 0x49 - Send
Extended Command Packet (Extended Commands Only), and receives a response as documented
there.
This command is used to read EMV Terminal configuration data. See Extended Command 0x0305 -
Modify Terminal Configuration (MAC) and the Terminal Configuration subsections in Appendix E
EMV Factory Defaults (EMV Only).
