Default Value: Null string / ASCII device serial number set when the device is configured.
The value contains the USB serial number, from 0 to 15 bytes long. The device sends the value of this
property (if any) to the host during USB device enumeration. This is useful for distinguishing between
devices when more than one of the same kind of device is attached to the host.
This property is stored in non-volatile memory, so it persists when the device is power cycled. When this
property is changed, the device must be reset (see Command 0x02 - Reset Device) or powered off for at
least 30 seconds, then powered on, before the changes will take effect.
