hash of either the PAN from track 2 or all the track 2 data, depending on the device’s configuration stored
in Property 0x57 - SHA Hash Configuration (HID Only | TLV Only, Configurable SHA Only, MSR
Only). If the device does not support SHA-1, this value is absent or contains padding.
