Thebestwaytochecktheactuatoristoconnectitdirectlytothebattery
and to test its in both directions. If the actuator doesn’t work, it is
damaged.

With a multimeter, check the electrical flow to the two posts on the
breaker. If the circuit is open, the breaker is damaged. (Sometimes, it
couldtakeafewminutesforthebreakertoautomaticallyresetitself).
