ALWAYS HAVE THE TRACTOR SWITCHED ON WHEN RAISING THE WINGS INTO TRANSPORT POSITION.
IMPORTANT: The transport locking bars, transport pin and axle ram stopper should always be slotted into place while
transporting the machine. Doing this removes pressure from the hydraulic system. Failure to use the safety equipment
can cause mechanical as well as physical damage.
Adjusting the Rollers
8000 Model
Set the required height of cut by:
Slackening the four skid retaining bolts (C),
Raising/lowering the body by the Height Adjusters (A) and
Readjusting the four adjusting bolts (C).
Tightly close the lock nut (B) again to keep the rollers in this position.
Indicators are provided on both sides of the machine to allow the
skids to be adjusted level from front to rear accurately.
4200/ 6300 / 8400/ 11000 / 12000 / 15000 / 18000 Models
Slacken the Height adjuster stop lock nuts (B) and
Adjust the roller adjuster (A) to obtain the desired cutting
height.
Tightly close the lock nut (B) again to keep the rollers in this
position.
NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE ROLLERS LEVEL AFTER SKID ADJUSTMENT
