Lubricate Index Needle Bearing
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
(M&R Part No. 7018034)
1 - Standard Pump Action Grease Gun
Using a standard pump action grease gun, slowly apply 1 pump
of grease to the grease fitting (1).
Lubricate Center Shaft Bushings
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
(M&R Part No. 7018034)
1 - Standard Pump Action Grease Gun
Apply grease to the grease fittings (1) until you notice the grease
breaking between the bearing race and the center shaft.

WARNING: To prevent possible injury to personnel and/or damage to the equipment, lock out and tag
the electrical service and compressed air supply to the equipment.

Lubricate Print Carriage Assembly Linear Bearing
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
(M&R Part No. 7018034)
1 - Standard Pump Action Grease Gun
Using a standard pump action grease gun, slowly apply 1 pump
of grease to the grease fitting (1).
Lubricate Registration Cam Follower Bearings and Forks
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
(M&R Part No. 7018034)
1 – Small Brush
1 – Towel
Use a towel to remove old grease from the inside surface of the
Registration Forks (1) and Registration Cam Follower Bearings
(2). Use a small brush to apply a thin coat of new grease to
these areas.
