L’ESCLUSIONE DEL SISTEMA
DI SICUREZZA
(MANITOU SAFETY SYSTEM)
Il carrello Manitou è dotato di un
sistema di sicurezza elettronico (MSS)
che controlla il sovraccarico della
macchina durante la fase di lavoro.
Il sistema interviene automaticamente
bloccando i movimenti del braccio.
Solamente in casi d’emergenza e per
motivi di sicurezza, è possibile
disinserire manualmente il sistema
(MSS).
Con il sistema di sicurezza (MSS)
disinserito l’operatore e il carrello
sono esposti a rischi e nulla vieta il
sovraccarico e/o il ribaltamento del
mezzo.
SELETTORE A CHIAVE (8)
L’ operatore per disabilitare il Sistema di
Sicurezza deve girare un selettore
“C” a chiave in cabina.
La chiave “K” è custodita all’interno di
una scatola di sicurezza “S” posta dietro
il sedile del guidatore.
Il selettore a chiave “C” ha due
posizioni “1” e “0” :
- posizione “1” il sistema di sicurezza
è inserito;
- posizione “0” il sistema di sicurezza
è disinserito.
Nel consueto utilizzo di lavoro il selettore
a chiave è ruotato in posizione “1”,
sistema di sicurezza inserito.

DISCONNECTING THE
SAFETY SYSTEM
(ManitouSafetySystem)
Manitou trucks are equipped with an
electronic block system (MSS) which
checks the overloading of the machi-
ne during the work phase. The system
acts automatically, blocking the boom
movements.
In exceptional cases and for
reasons of safety, the system (MSS)
can be deactivated manually.
With the safety system (MSS) deac-
tivated, the operator and the truck
are exposed to risks and there is
nothing to prevent overloading
and/or tipping over of the vehicle.
KEY SELECTOR (8)
To disenable the Safety System, the
operator must turn the key selector
“C” in the cab.
Key “K” is kept safe inside a safety
box “S” placed behind the driver’s
seat.
Key selector “C” has two positions
“1” and “0”:
- in position “1”the safety system is
activated;
- in position “0” the safety system is
deactivated.
During normal use, the key selector is
turned to position “1”, the safety
system is activated.

Die Manitou Stapler sind mit einem elektroni-
schen Sicherheitssystem (MSS) ausgestattet,
das die Überlastung der Maschine während
der Arbeitsphase überwacht. Das System
wird automatisch ausgelöst und blockiert
dann die Bewegungen des Auslegers.
Das System (MSS) kann nur in
Ausnahmefällen und aus
Sicherheitsgründen von Hand ausge-
schaltet werden).
Mit ausgeschaltetem
Sicherheitssystem (MSS) sind der
Fahrer und der Stapler Gefahren
ausgesetzt und nichts verhindert,
dass es zu Überlastungen kommt und
der Stapler umkippt.
SCHLÜSSEL-WAHLSCHALTER (8)
Der Fahrer muss den Schlüssel-
Wahlschalter „C” in der Kabine
drehen, um das Sicherheitssystem
auszuschalten.
Der Schlüssel „K” befindet sich
innerhalb eines Sicherheitskastens „S”
hinter den Fahrersitz.
Der Schlüssel-Wahlschalter „C” hat
die beiden Stellungen „1” und „0”:
- Stellung „1” das Sicherheitssystem
ist eingeschaltet;
- Stellung „0” das Sicherheitssystem
ist ausgeschaltet.
Bei der Arbeit muss der Schlüssel-
Wahlschalter sich in der Stellung „1”
befinden, das Sicherheitssystem ist
dann eingeschaltet.
