E12 - Replace the fuel filter heating
tank
Do not smoke near the tank or use a flame
during this operation.
Position the forklift truck on a level
surface, with the I.C. engine switched off.
Unscrew the tank topping up plug
1 (E12/1) then place a container under the
drainage plug 1a (E12/2) and unscrew the
clamp of the pipe 1b (E12/2) to let the fuel
drain.
Unscrew the clamps 2 (E12 / 2) and unhook
the pipes to drain the fuel inside.
Remove the filter 3 (E12 / 2) and replace it
with a new one having identical features
(see: “FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS TABLE”).
Reconnect the fuel system with the filter
and the tank.

E12 - Sostituire il filtro carburante del
serbatoio riscaldamento
Non fumare o avvicinarsi con una fiamma
durante questa operazione.
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
orizzontale e con il motore fermo.
Svitare il tappo 1 (E12/1) di riempimen-
to serbatoio poi collocare un recipiente
adeguato sotto il tappo di svuotamento
1a (E12/2) e svitare la fascetta del tubo 1b
(E12/2) per lasciare defluire il carburante.
Svitare le fascette 2 (E12/2) e sganciare i
tubi per scaricare il carburante all’interno.
Rimuovere il filtro 3 (E12/2) e sostituirlo
con uno nuovo di uguali caratteristiche,
vedere “tabella filtri e cinghie”.
Ricollegare i tubi del carburante con il filtro
ed il serbatoio.

Podczas tej operacji nie palić i nie zbliżać
się z otwartym ogniem.
Ustawić wózek na poziomej powierzchni i z
wyłączonym silnikiem.
Odkręcić korek 1 (E12/1) napełniania
zbiornika, a następnie ustawić odpowied-
ni pojemnik pod korkiem spustowym
1a (E12/2) i odkręcić opaskę przewodu
rurowego 1b (E12/2), aby paliwo mogło
spłynąć.
Odkręcić opaski 2 (E12/2) i odczepić
przewody rurowe, aby spuścić paliwo do
wnętrza.
Wyjąć filtr 3 (E12/2) i zastąpić go nowym
o takich samych charakterystykach, patrz
“tabela filtrów i pasów”.
Połączyć przewody paliwowe z filtrem i
zbiornikiem.
