Join the two drum panel segments together using screws and nuts.
Attach one endcap to the drum body using foam pads and alignment slots.
Fasten the second drum panel to the endcap with shoulder bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Install the second endcap using tie rods and acorn cap nuts for securing.
Attach aerator bases and caps to the endcaps using hex head cap screws and wing nuts.
Mount latches and latch hooks onto the door opening using screws and nuts.
Slide the grip onto the drive handle and secure the grip cap with a screw.
Insert the drive gear through the drive support and secure it with a cotter pin.
Guide the drive gear into the guide recess of one endcap for proper function.
Connect stub axles, frame legs, and drive supports to the endcaps using hardware.
Attach struts and braces to the frame legs and drive assembly using screws and nuts.
Mount the door onto the assembled frame, fitting slots onto latch hooks.
