Are the video signals inputted to each pin

Are the analog video signals outputted to
each pin of QV01?
13pin=video, 10pin=S-Y, 15pin=S-C
Refer to “1. POWER SUPPLY PWB (P801)”.
Check the output voltage of QV91.
+5VV
Check the QV91 (1pin) level.

Replace QV91.
