Like other sweep settings the frequency hopping mode
can be set
to

single sweep (internal trigger),
continuous sweep
(internal trigger) or
external sweep (external trigger)
by using the following commands

SWEEP:MODE
SNGL
SWEEP:MODE CONT
SWEEP:MODE
EXT
For externally triggered operation
the trigger facility can be used in the same manner as
another sweep
function.
