Attaching Shoulder Harness
1. Slide your arms through the loops of the
shoulder harness and shrug it over your
shoulders like a backpack.
Note: The hip pad must be located on the
right side of the operator.
2. Fasten the red plastic buckle.
3. Adjust five belts to a comfortable position.
4. Snap the hook into the holed fitting on the drive shaft.
5. To detach the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer,
push the lever downward and snap off.
To detach the Harness and Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer
quickly from operator’s body, release the red plastic buckle.
WARNING
POTENTIAL HAZARD
・Without the Shoulder Harness or Strap Installed on the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer, the blade
can produce side thrust which can expose the operator and bystanders to blade contact.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
・Contact with Brushcutter blade can cause severe personal injury.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
・Never operate the Brushcutter/ Grass Trimmer without installing and using the Shoulder Harness
or Strap.
