STRUCTURES UNDER CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION OR REPAIR. This is an unvented
portable heater that uses air (Oxygen) from within the area in which it is used. Failure to
provide adequate combustion and ventilation air will result in asphyxiation, carbon monoxide
poisoning, bodily injury or death. Refer to “Ventilation” on Page 6.

Your serial number can be found on a white label on the right side cover of your heater. For Example:
150812779. Have your Serial Number ready before calling customer service at 800-641-6996.
