INSTALLING A DUST BAG (see Fig. 2)
Make sure the dust-collector bag is
upright (reference the Mastercraft
logo on the bag), and slide the
collar of the dust-collector bag over
the dust-extraction port until it is
attached securely.
Installing the adaptor for a shop
vacuum
Remove the dust-extraction port by
removing the two screws that hold
it in place. Attach the shop vacuum
adaptor using the same two screws.
Releasing and locking the saw head
1. Press the saw head down and
hold it lightly. Pull out the stop
latch in order to release the saw
head. The saw head should move
up and down freely (see Fig. 3).
2. Place the saw head at the lowest
position. Insert the stop latch in
