This side of the cable harness will be directly connected to the car’s battery. Therefore
you have to separate the cable joints I and H.

After separating the joints I and H the unused open wire ends have to be properly
insulated with tape or other appropriate material.

The +12 Volts wire has to be connected to the positive terminal of the car’s battery.
H
The ground wire has either to be connected to the negative terminal of the battery or
directly to the car’s chassis.
