9.8 MOTOR CONTROL BOARD (MCB) REPLACEMENT
1) Turn off power and disconnect the cord from the machine.
2) Remove the front shroud as outlined in Section 9.1.
3) Remove the wire connections to the MCB.
4) Remove the 2 screws holding the MCB to the base frame (Figure A).
5) Remove the MCB (Figure B).
6) Reverse Steps 1-5 to install a new MCB.
7) Test the treadmill for function as outlined in Section 9.23.
