1) CAUSE:
a. 0140 – Incline motor operation failure.
b. 01A0 – Incline motor disconnection.
2) SOLUTION:
a. Check the incline motor wire connection between the incline motor and MCB (Figure A).
b. Run Auto Calibration as outlined in Section 3.4. If the problem still exists, refer to the steps below.
c. See if a console signal is transmitted to MCB by checking the MCB LED UP and DOWN. If the LEDs do not light, check the console
cable connections. If LEDs light, replace the incline motor (Figure B)
d. Replace the MCB if all other solutions fail.
