1) CAUSE:
a. MCB communication disconnected.
2) SOLUTION:
a. Check the console cable connection between the UCB and MCB (Figures A & B).
b. Replace the console cable if any damage is found.
c. Replace the console if the connections are good.
d. Replace the MCB if all other solutions fail.
