I cannot turn the headphone on
Make sure that you fully charged the headphone before powering it on.
My mobile phone is not able to locate the Bluetooth headphone
Delete the existing Bluetooth headphone name in the phone, then search again.
If the headphone still cannot be located by the shone, please restart the headphone and phone, and try
again.
After successfully pairing my mobile phone and Bluetooth headphone, the headphone disconnected.
The headphone battery charge is nearly depleted.
The distance between the headphone and phone has exceeded the maximum connection distance (10 m / 33
ft.).
There may be some type of obstruction between the Bluetooth headphone and your phone which is
interfering with the connection signal.
When I am answering a call, I cannot hear anything
Verify that the phone is connected via Bluetooth with the headphone and it is not using the phone speaker
when answering a call.
Try adjusting the volume on your mobile phone.
Press the Vol+ or Vol- Buttons on the headphone to adjust the volume.
When I am listening to music, I cannot hear anything
Press the Vol+ Button to adjust the volume.
Reconnect the headphone with your mobile phone.

TIPS VOOR PROBLEMEN OPLOSSEN
Ik kan de hoofdtelefoon niet inschakelen
Controleer of de hoofdtelefoon volledig geladen is voordat u hem inschakelt.
Mijn mobiele telefoon kan de Bluetooth hoofdtelefoon niet vinden
Controleer of de hoofdtelefoon in de koppelingsmodus staat (blauw/rode controlelampje knippert snel).
Wis de bestaande naam van de Bluetooth hoofdtelefoon in de telefoon en zoek vervolgens opnieuw.
Als de hoofdtelefoon dan nog steeds niet door de telefoon gevonden kan worden, herstart dan de
hoofdtelefoon en de telefoon en probeer het opnieuw.
Nadat mijn mobiele telefoon en de Bluetooth hoofdtelefoon met succes gekoppeld zijn, is de
hoofdtelefoon afgesloten.
De batterij van de hoofdtelefoon is bijna leeg.
De afstand tussen de hoofdtelefoon en de telefoon is groter dan de maximum verbindingsafstand (10 m. / 33 ft.).

Probeer het volume op uw mobiele telefoon te regelen.
Druk op de hoofdtelefoon op de Vol+ of Vol- knoppen om het volume te regelen.
Als ik naar muziek luister, hoor ik niets
Druk op de Vol+ knop om het volume te regelen.
Laat de hoofdtelefoon opnieuw verbinding met uw mobiele telefoon maken.

Controleer of de USB-oplaadkabel stevig in de laadaansluiting van de hoofdtelefoon zit en of het
andere uiteinde correct met een oplaadapparaat verbonden is.
